This Refund Policy applies to payments made on Hunico (hunico.io) for digital subscription services (Pro User, Pro Vendor) and balance top-ups. Hunico is a property catalog — all rental transactions are between guests and vendors directly.

1. Nature of Services

All purchases on Hunico are for digital subscription services. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying access to digital features that are delivered immediately upon payment. This affects your refund rights as described below.

2. Cooling-Off Period

Pro User and Pro Vendor subscriptions are eligible for cancellation within 3 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that none of the Pro features have been used during this period.

3. Cancellation Eligibility

  • The subscription was purchased within the last 3 days.
  • No Pro features have been used — no contacts viewed, no branded content published, no premium data accessed.
  • The cancellation request is submitted via Telegram or WhatsApp support.

4. Non-Refundable Payments

  • Balance top-ups — wallet deposits are non-refundable as they represent stored value for future use.
  • Used subscriptions — Pro subscriptions where any Pro feature has been accessed or used.
  • Expired cooling-off period — subscriptions older than 3 days from the purchase date.
  • Recurring renewals — automatic subscription renewals after the initial purchase (cancel before renewal to avoid charges).

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Credit/Debit Card: 7–14 business days
  • E-Wallet (GoPay, OVO, DANA): 3–7 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7–10 business days
  • QRIS: 3–5 business days
