Welcome to Hunico
Hunico is a property rental platform built for the Bali real estate market. It connects property owners directly with tenants — no middlemen, no hidden commissions. Whether you manage a single villa or a portfolio of complexes, Hunico gives you the tools to list, organize, and rent your properties efficiently.
How the Platform Is Organized
Once you sign in, the main navigation menu gives you access to all platform sections. Here is a quick overview:
Dashboard
Your home screen with an overview of your account and activity.
CMS
Create and manage your Vendors, Complexes, Templates, and Units.
CRM
Track applications, users, events, permissions, payments, and automations.
Listing
Browse all published properties — vendors, complexes, templates, and units.
Admin
Moderate media, verify payments, and manage deleted items.

The Property Hierarchy
Properties in Hunico follow a four-level hierarchy. Each level is created inside its parent:
For example: Bali Property Group (Vendor) owns Palm Residence (Complex), which has a 1BR Villa (Template) layout, with individual Room 101 (Unit) available for rent.
Getting Started
- Create an account and verify your email.
- Go to CMS → Vendor to create your first vendor profile.
- Add a Complex under your vendor, then create Templates and Units.
- Upload photos for each level using the media gallery.
- Your units will appear in the Listing section for tenants to browse.
- Track incoming Applications in the CRM section.
- Set up Pipelines to automate notifications (e.g., Telegram alerts on new applications).
