Troubleshooting

Common problems and how to resolve them.

Email Problems

Confirmation, invitation, and password reset emails may not appear in your inbox right away. Here's what to check:

  • Check your spam, junk, promotions, and "All Mail" folders.
  • Verify the email address was typed correctly when signing up or requesting a reset.
  • Wait a few minutes — email delivery can sometimes be delayed.
  • Try the action again (e.g., request a new password reset).
  • If you still don't receive the email, contact support (see below).

Login Problems

"Invalid credentials" error

Double-check your email and password. Make sure Caps Lock is not on. If you're unsure about your password, use the reset flow below.

Forgot your password?

  1. Go to the Login page.
  2. Click "Forgot Password".
  3. Enter your email address and submit.
  4. Check your email (including spam/junk) for the reset link.
  5. Click the reset link.
  6. Check your email again for a new temporary password.
  7. Use the temporary password to login.

Account not activated?

Check your email for the confirmation link sent during registration. If you can't find it, try the password reset flow — it will also activate your account.

"Something Went Wrong" Errors

If you see a generic error message, try these steps:

  • Wait a few minutes and try the action again — the issue may be temporary.
  • Refresh the page (press Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R).
  • Clear your browser cache and try again.
  • Try a different browser to rule out browser-specific issues.
  • Note what page and action triggered the error — this helps when reporting the bug.

Common UI Issues

Page doesn't load after refresh

Clear your browser cache and do a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R). This clears cached scripts that may be outdated.

Form doesn't save

Check your internet connection. Look for red error messages below individual fields — they indicate validation errors that need to be fixed before saving.

Media upload fails

Verify the file size and format. Large files may take longer to upload. Supported formats include JPEG, PNG, and MP4. If the upload keeps failing, try a smaller file or a different browser.

How to Report a Bug

If you've found a bug or something isn't working as expected, please let us know. Include the following information in your report:

  • Page URL — the address shown in your browser's address bar.
  • What you clicked — the button, link, or action that triggered the issue.
  • What you expected — what should have happened.
  • What happened instead — the actual result or error message.
  • Screenshot — if possible, attach a screenshot of the error.
