Dashboard

Your home screen after signing in — a quick overview of your account and recent activity.

What You See

The Dashboard is the first page you land on after logging in. It provides a summary view of your account, including key metrics, recent activity, and quick links to the most common actions.

Navigation Menu

On the left side (or via the hamburger menu on mobile), you will find the main navigation. The menu sections you see depend on your role and permissions:

  • CMS — appears if you have permission to manage vendors, complexes, templates, or units.
  • CRM — appears if you have permission to manage applications, pipelines, users, or payments.
  • Listing — always visible; browse all published properties.
  • Admin — appears for moderators and accountants (media verification, payment verification, trash).
  • Support — always visible; links to Telegram and WhatsApp.

Property Overview

Vendors see their complexes and units listed directly on the dashboard, giving a complete overview of all managed properties at a glance. Click any property to go straight to its detail page.

View Counters

The top of the dashboard shows view count cards for your vendors, complexes, templates, and units. These counters update in real time and help you understand which properties attract the most attention.

Notification Bell

The notification bell icon in the top navigation bar shows alerts from your Telegram-connected pipelines. Click the bell to see recent notifications without leaving the dashboard.

Favorites

The Favorites section in the Listing menu lets you quickly access units you have saved. Click the heart icon on any listing card to add it to your favorites for easy access later.

Quick Actions

From the dashboard, you can quickly navigate to create a new vendor, view recent applications, or check your payment balance. The layout adapts based on your role — vendors see their property overview, while admins see moderation queues.

User Roles

Your experience on the platform depends on your assigned roles:

  • User — basic access, can browse listings and submit applications.
