Moderation tools for media verification, payment processing, and managing deleted items.

Admin Section

The Admin section contains moderation and verification tools. It is only visible to users with specific roles: Moderator, Accountant, or Admin. Access it from the Admin menu in the navigation.

Unverified Media

Requires: Moderator role

When users upload photos to their vendors, complexes, templates, or units, the media enters a pending verification state. Moderators review each upload and approve or reject it. Only approved media appears in public listings. This ensures all published photos meet quality and content standards.

Payment Verification

Requires: Accountant role

When users submit a top-up payment with a receipt, it enters the verification queue. Accountants review the bank transfer receipt, confirm the amount matches, and either accept or reject the payment. Accepted payments credit the user's balance automatically.

Trash (Delete Requests)

Requires: CMS role or vendor permission

When you delete an entity (like a vendor, complex, template, or unit), it doesn't disappear immediately. Instead, it moves to Trash with a 14-day grace period. During these 14 days, you can:

  • Restore — cancel the deletion and bring the entity back as if nothing happened.
  • Force delete — skip the grace period and permanently delete the entity immediately. This action is only available to admins.
  • Wait — after 14 days, the entity is automatically and permanently deleted.

The trash page shows a countdown timer for each pending deletion, so you always know how much time is left to restore an item.

This safety net protects against accidental deletions. If you realize a mistake within two weeks, simply go to the Trash section and restore the item with all its data intact.
