What Are Events?

Events are an automatic log of actions performed on the platform. Every significant action — creating a vendor, submitting an application, processing a payment — is recorded as an event. View the event log in CRM → Event.

Event Information

  • Description — what happened (e.g., "Vendor created", "Application submitted").
  • Timestamp — when it happened.
  • User — who performed the action.
  • Vendor — which vendor it relates to (if applicable).

Filtering Events

The event list can be filtered by user and vendor, making it easy to track the activity of a specific team member or see everything that happened for a particular vendor.

Why Events Matter

Events provide transparency and accountability. If you need to understand what changed and when, the event log is your go-to resource. It's read-only — events are recorded automatically and cannot be modified or deleted.
