Vendors

A vendor is the top-level entity — it represents a property owner, agency, or management company.

What Is a Vendor?

A Vendor is the root of the property hierarchy. It represents the company or individual who owns or manages properties. Everything else — complexes, templates, units — is created under a vendor. You must create at least one vendor before you can add any properties.

Creating a Vendor

Navigate to CMS → Vendor and click the create button.

  • Name — the vendor's display name (e.g., "Bali Property Group").

After creating the vendor, you can edit it to add more details like contact information, bank account details, and photos.

Vendor Details

Once created, the vendor edit form allows you to manage:

  • Contact information — email, phone, WhatsApp, Telegram.
  • Bank account — for receiving payments from tenants.
  • Media gallery — upload photos of your brand, office, or team.
  • Pro account — upgrade to Pro for advanced features.

Team Management

Vendors can have team members. As a vendor owner, you can invite other users to join your vendor team. Team members can be granted different permission levels (Viewer, Editor, Admin) to control what they can access and modify. See the Permissions and Users & Teams pages for details.

Contact Information Inheritance

Contact information you set on a vendor (phone, email, WhatsApp) is automatically inherited by all its complexes, templates, and units. This means you only need to enter your contact details once at the vendor level, and every property listing under that vendor will display the same information.

If a specific property needs different contact details — for example, a unit managed by a different person — you can override the inherited values at the complex, template, or unit level. The override only affects that entity and its children, leaving the rest unchanged.

Next Step

Once your vendor is set up, create a Complex under it to start building your property structure.
