How Payments Work

Hunico uses a balance-based payment system. You top up your account balance via bank transfer, then use that balance for platform services like Pro account upgrades. Payments are managed in CRM → Payment.

Making a Top-Up

1. Navigate to CRM → Payment and create a new top-up.
2. Enter the amount in IDR (e.g., IDR 500,000).
3. You will see the bank transfer details — bank name, account name, and account number.
4. Transfer the exact amount to the displayed bank account.
5. Upload a receipt (photo of the transfer confirmation).
6. Submit the payment for verification.

Payment Status

Each payment goes through these stages:

• Pending — payment created, awaiting your bank transfer.
• Verify — receipt uploaded, waiting for an accountant to verify.
• Accepted — verified and confirmed. Your balance is updated.
• Rejected — verification failed. Contact support if you believe this is an error.

Using Your Balance

Once your balance is topped up, you can use it for:

• Pro User upgrade — unlock advanced user features.
• Pro Vendor upgrade — unlock advanced vendor features for your properties.

What Does Pro Unlock?

A Pro subscription gives you access to guest and applicant contact information. Without Pro, you can see incoming applications but cannot view phone numbers, email addresses, or other contact details of the people who applied.

With Pro, contact details are revealed, and applications move to "Sent" status once forwarded to you. This is the key feature that connects you directly with potential tenants.

To upgrade, go to your user profile or vendor page and select the Pro upgrade option. The cost is deducted from your account balance. You can downgrade at any time, but you will lose access to contact information until you re-subscribe.

Payment History

View all your past payments, their statuses, and receipts in the payment list. You can also see payment history from a user's profile page.
