Complexes
A complex represents a physical property location — a residential compound, apartment building, or villa estate.
What Is a Complex?
A Complex is the second level in the property hierarchy. It belongs to a Vendor and represents a physical location — for example, "Palm Residence" or "Sunset Villas Canggu". A vendor can have multiple complexes across different areas.
Creating a Complex
Navigate to CMS → Complex and click the create button.
- Name — the complex name (e.g., "Palm Residence").
- Vendor — select which vendor this complex belongs to.
Complex Details
After creation, edit the complex to configure:
- Location — set the geographic coordinates on the interactive map.
- Parking & office — parking availability and office configuration.
- Contact information — inherited from the vendor, can be customized.
- Media gallery — upload photos of the complex (exterior, common areas, amenities).
Viewing Related Entities
From a complex's detail page, you can see all Templates created under it, as well as its media gallery. You can also create new templates directly from the complex view.
Next Step
Create a Template under your complex to define property layouts (e.g., "1BR Villa", "Studio Apartment").
