Applications
Track rental applications from tenants — every inquiry for your units appears here.
What Is an Application?
An Application is a rental inquiry submitted by a tenant for a specific Unit. It contains the tenant's contact details, desired rental period, budget, and any additional messages. Applications are managed in the CRM → Application section.
Application Details
Each application contains the following information:
- First name & last name — the tenant's full name.
- Phone — contact phone number.
- WhatsApp / Telegram — preferred communication channels.
- Telegram username — if available.
- Nights — desired rental duration (e.g., 30 nights).
- Budget — the tenant's budget in IDR.
- Message — any additional notes or preferences.
- Unit — the specific unit they are applying for.
Application Status Workflow
Every application moves through a simple workflow:
- New — the guest has just submitted their application. It is waiting for you to review it. At this stage, the tenant's contact information is available only to Pro users.
- Sent — the application's contact details have been forwarded to the vendor. This status requires a Pro subscription. Once marked as Sent, the vendor has the guest's phone number, email, and other details to get in touch directly.
- Accepted — the vendor has accepted the application. This automatically creates a Guest record in the CRM, allowing you to track the tenant throughout their stay.
- Canceled — the application has been withdrawn or is no longer active. This can happen if the guest cancels their inquiry or if the application is closed.
The typical flow is: New → Sent → Accepted. Once accepted, the tenant becomes a Guest and can be managed in CRM → Guest. Applications that are no longer relevant can be moved to Canceled at any point.
Accepting Applications
When a suitable application arrives, the vendor can accept it using the "Accept Application" button on the application detail page. Accepting an application:
- Creates a new Guest record in the CRM with the tenant details from the application.
- Changes the application status to Accepted.
- The guest can then be checked in, checked out, or canceled from the Guest section.
Filtering Applications
The application list can be filtered by unit, making it easy to see all inquiries for a specific property. You can also view applications directly from a unit's detail page in the CMS section.
Automating Notifications
Use Pipelines to get instant notifications when new applications come in — for example, receive a Telegram message every time a tenant submits an application for one of your units.
