Listings

What Are Listings?

The Listing section is the public catalog of all properties on the platform. It mirrors the CMS hierarchy but shows only published and verified content. Access it from the Listing menu in the navigation.

Browsing Listings

Listings are organized into four categories, matching the property hierarchy:

• Vendors — browse all registered property owners and agencies. Click a vendor to see their complexes.
• Complexes — browse property locations. View photos, location on the map, and available templates.
• Templates — browse property types within a complex. See layout details and available units.
• Units — browse individual rentable properties. View photos, location, pricing, and submit an application.

Interactive Maps

Complexes and units with geographic coordinates are displayed on interactive HERE Maps. You can explore properties by location, zoom into specific areas, and get directions.

Media Gallery

Each listing level shows its media gallery. Photos are verified by moderators before appearing publicly. The gallery combines media from the entity itself and can inherit from parent levels (e.g., a unit shows both its own photos and template-level photos).

Thumbnail Images

Each vendor, complex, template, and unit can have a featured thumbnail image. This is the main image shown in listing cards and search results. Thumbnails are selected from the edit page by choosing an image from the gallery.

• If no thumbnail is selected, the first published image is used automatically.
• Only published, non-branded images can be set as thumbnails.
• Deleting a thumbnail image from the gallery automatically clears the selection.

Branded Content

Moderators can mark individual photos as "branded content." Branded images have special visibility rules designed to protect premium content:

• Pro vendors — branded images from Pro vendors are visible to all logged-in users.
• Non-Pro vendors — branded images are only visible to users with viewer permission or active Pro subscription.
• Anonymous visitors — branded images are never shown to visitors who are not logged in.

Favorites

Save units you are interested in by clicking the heart icon on any listing card. Your saved favorites are available from the Favorites page in the Listing menu.

• Click the heart icon again to remove a unit from your favorites.
• Favorites are private — only you can see your saved list.
• You must be logged in to use favorites.

Reviews and Ratings

Users who have submitted an application for a unit can leave a review and rating. Reviews help other tenants make informed decisions.

• Reviews are moderated — an admin must verify each review before it appears publicly on the unit page.
• Vendors can respond to verified reviews to address feedback or thank guests.
• Each unit displays its average rating and total review count on the listing page.

Guest Alert Banners

Visitors who are not logged in will see an alert banner on listing pages encouraging them to create an account. This ensures guests are aware they can sign up to submit applications, save favorites, and access full contact details.

Pro Promotion Banners

Logged-in users without a Pro subscription will see promotion banners highlighting the benefits of upgrading to Pro, such as access to tenant contact details and branded content. These banners appear on listing detail pages.

Submitting an Application

When you find a unit you are interested in, you can submit a rental Application directly from the listing. Fill in your contact details, desired rental period, and budget. The property owner will receive your application and contact you directly.
